Is your enquiry about career development sessions on behalf of someone else?
Career Development is something that only works when a client is motivated to take ownership and action for themselves. Even though friends and family members may have well-intentioned motives in seeking out help, there is rarely any long-term benefit if the actual client is not taking the initiative in the process. It is also a confidential process, so it would not be ethical to discuss a client’s issues through a third person.  For these reasons, I would be very happy to answer your friend’s/family member's questions directly with them either by phone or e-mail.
