desire to discover their real purpose, interests and skills. Others may know what they want to achieve but don’t know
how to get started. Whatever the
reasons or issues, Career Stepping Stones can
help you design a career action plan that is as individual as you are. You will gain the confidence and skills to make a real

At Career Stepping Stones we assist adult individuals to:

How many sessions will I need?
We know that you will agree that this type of development just
doesn’t happen overnight. Career development is an investment in yourself and your future. With this in mind, we point
out that on average we see clients for three consultations. For this reason we offer the Career Steps program which
gives you the option of paying up-front (at the end of the 1st session) for
3 one-hour sessions and make a saving of approx. 10%. The Career Steps program
will be tailor-made for your needs just as once-off sessions are as well. No client is ever put on a standard program to achieve
a set result! Whichever choice you make, you can be assured that you will be assisted
in a completely confidential and non-judgemental environment to achieve whatever is most important to you.
How much will it cost?
Although there are no prescribed or recommended fees for the Career Development industry,
you will find that our fees compare well with similar professional and accredited services.Career development is an investment in yourself and your future and we are very proud

Is your enquiry about
career development sessions on behalf of someone else?
Career Development is something that only works when a client is motivated to take ownership and action for themselves.
Even though friends and family members may have well-intentioned motives in seeking out help, there is rarely any long-term
benefit if the actual client is not taking the initiative in the process. It is also a confidential process, so it would not
be ethical to discuss a client’s issues through a third person. For these reasons, I would be very happy to answer
your friend’s/family member's questions directly with them either by phone or e-mail.
